I recently stayed at Hostel Centar for a short trip and it was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, offering us extra towels and even giving us recommendations on where to eat and what places to visit. The common room was cozy and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I can honestly say this has been the best place I've stayed at so far. Thank you to our host for making our stay truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk woman was amazing, super friendly and gave us great tips. The location is jaw-droppingly awesome, close to the cathedral and central square. It's easy to get to from the central bus station and there's a supermarket right across. The price was mind-blowing and worth every penny. The staff was very nice, the rooms and facilities were clean. Despite it being a Friday night, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept perfectly. The place is very centric, close to everything, and we highly recommend it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on getting around the city and recommending the best places to eat and visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square and close to all the attractions. The hostel was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
Although the hostel had a great atmosphere, there were a few small issues. The window in our room did not close properly, which was a problem during heavy rain and wind.

The value for money at Centar was excellent, the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the main square. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing ample space to work and relax. The complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings was a nice touch, and the small kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. The friendly owner, Ines, was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, with no complaints at all.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing useful information about free tours and attractions in the area. They even helped us book a tour to Plitvice Lakes, which was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great, within walking distance to all the main sights.
The toilet and shower facilities were not sufficient for the number of guests. There was only one shower for the whole floor, which caused inconvenience and long waiting times.
